How to find a church in Standard
If you are a new arrival, or simply passing through, you may be interested in finding a church in Standard. It can be a hard decision to join a new Standard church, so here are some things to consider.
Create a checklist of what you consider important in a church.
Ask friends and family how they feel about their church. Do they have similar beliefs to your own? You might want to join them on a trial basis. You also need to consider what kind of worship suits you best. Are you looking for a choir and lots of energy, or are you looking to contemplate God in a more quiet setting?
Are you looking for your church to be a gateway into the Standard community? If so, you might look for a church with outreach programs.
Meet with the church leadership (priest, pastor, imam, rabbi, etc.) and make sure that their beliefs are compatible with your own.
